Margret Nissen was born in 1938 in Berlin as the daughter of Albert Speer, Hitler’s architect and armament minister. After finishing school in 1957 in Heidelberg, she studied archeology but did not graduate. Since 1980 she works as a photographer, with special emphasis on exhibitions and documentations. She is married and has four children.
