Safia Monney was born in 1979 in Saarbrücken and lives as a novelist and writer in Paris. At the moment she is developing her own TV series for VOX. She studied acting at the conservatory of the City of Vienna and communication science at the LMU in Munich. As an actress, she worked at the Munich Kammerspiele and played in several German film and TV productions. She lives in Paris and at the French Atlantic coast. Ich traf Gott und sie heißt Miranda is her third novel.
